The Council of the Founding Houses debates and issues non binding opinion on any subject by request of the Grand Master or by the Chancellery. It also promotes family and fraternal harmony between the various branches of the Knights and Dames of Honour and Devotion and serves as a Court of Justice for family quarrels and disagreements.
