CHANCELLERY: POWERS AND DUTIES
The Chancellery is the Central Government of the Order: it appoints and oversees all other bodies (such as local Chancellors); establishes guidelines; coordinates all humanitarian, social, religious and economical activities; sets up the annual program of social management; creates and extinguishes all services as it sees fit; decides about the admission of new members and the bestowal of decorations.
