RULES FOR THE USE OF INSIGNIA AND DECORATIONS

Insignia and Decorations can only be used with the habit of the Order, with formal dress (tails) and with business casual dress (under very specific conditions).

HABIT | FORMAL | INFORMAL |

By informal attire it is understood a full suit and necktie. The use of insignia and decorations with business casual dress or order forms of more relaxed wear is forbidden.

With informal dress the only type of insignia or decorations that is allowed is the lapel rosette. It is used on the buttonhole on the left flap (or lapel) of the jacket. The use of more than one lapel rosette is not allowed.

The use of lapel rosettes with overcoats and raincoats is only acceptable in outdoors ceremonies.

Lapel rosettes differ in shape and size according to the rank.
